This workshop focuses more on the left hand and the ability for the left hand to strike well on both the rear and front heads - first independently, then eventually building up to crossovers!  But there will also be attention spent overall on all striking, improving ergonomics and moving smoothly between stances.

You will need to have either taken my Beginning Katsugi Okedo Technique workshop or have a little bit of okedo experience before taking this workshop.
